What's your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more info on our policy, click here.

What's your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days after order has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Please check your order status for real time updates and feel free to email us at cueaccents@gmail.com if you need further assistance.

Is there a way to shop in person?

Absolutely! Cue Accents partners with businesses, on a rolling basis, to offer unique pieces in store at a local shop near you, or at a pop up event. Check out our events page to learn about the next opportunity to take the cue!

Can I submit a custom request?

Yes! I offer various ways to accentuate you, from styles & colors to materials used. You are also welcome to take the design process into your own hands or commission a piece for special needs. Whichever you decide, I welcome and encourage you to submit a custom request.
